Service and Spare Parts
Customer care starts above all with this point: rapid, precise and reliable assistance. We are aware of the need to limit unexpected machine downtime as much as possible, and our automatic warehouse is also structured for the immediate availability of materials subject to greater wear and key components that make up the heart of the grinding machines. All operating personnel are always ready to provide assistance at the customer's premises in the shortest possible time. Free telephone assistance is a plus to avoid long downtimes for the customer waiting for a technical intervention that is sometimes superfluous. The scheduled maintenance contract allows us to support the customer to plan together all the activities necessary to guarantee the productivity of the machine fleet over time. We continuously implement the best technologies on the market on all our machines, with the aim of freeing the customer from complex and confusing operations. Thanks to field buses and on-board diagnostics we can communicate in real time with the customer to identify and correct any usage problems.
